General
Covanport is the capital of the Kingdom of Medora. A former Temerian port, located in the north-east of the continent, it is located wholly within the Bronze Bay.
Description
Tall white buildings with rooftops covered in red tiles or simply left flat, make up the majority of the central city. Despite it's position in the north of the continent, Covanport enjoys a more temperate weather, due to it's sheltered location within the Bronze Bay. The Bay itself is almost perfectly circle of land, with a relatively small gap of open water to the direct north. This entrance is heavily patrolled, allowing for the flow of ships to be stopped completely in the case of an invasion.
Covanport itself is a thriving city and the seat of the Temerian government. On its busy streets, natives from all across the continent and beyond can be found. The proximity to the dragonborn isles and the gnomes of Svenska have lead to large communities from both nations to live in Covanport. In the north-east lies the Imperial Palace, a marble-coloured building covered with blue domed rooftops, it is a remnant of the Temerian Empire, serving as the eastern residence of the Imperial family. Serving as the defacto border of central Covanport is the city wall. Terminating at the sea at both ends, with the main fort located in the middle of the wall, this serves as the city's protection from terrestrial threats.
Despite this, the majority of the city's residents live in the sprawling sea of houses beyond the wall. Most of the people here work in agriculture as the waters of the river Covan, on which the city is build, provide plenty of irrigable and fertile land outside the city. South of the city is where the largest bridge on the river is located. Within the city itself, the only way to cross the river is using the network of boats, which transport people back and forth. Right at the mouth of the river is a fortified island, where the prison is located.
The city also prides itself on it's massive docks, being the largest port on the continent, with the only comparable one being in Maidenview.

- Grand Port: A sprawling series of docks and piers, where most of the navy and mercantile fleets of the country stay, when not on duty.
- Daybreak Chapel: The main temple to Pelor, patron god of Medora, located in the easternmost edge of the inner city. Religious rites are held each dawn to greet the rising sun.
