The Baron of the Deep is a vampire residing in Skalenvru, connected to the Vampire Lords of Metuwa

History

According to Rune Olsen, the Baron used to be a spy for one of the vampire lords of Metua. He is not a fully fledged vampire, but rather a spawn that has been modified in some way. He must have escaped the destruction of Metua and has since made Skalenvru his home. Three years prior to the campaign's events, Rune Olsen was captured by Emisar Danil with the help of the Baron.
