Description

Obrand, is the man in charge of the Otusta docks and one of the leaders of the Independent Cities Movement.

Appearance

Obrand is a slight, elderly human man wearing trader's clothing.

Biography

Early Life

Obrand was born in Otusta and lived there his whole life. He found a job at the docks and eventually rose to be the right-hand man of the old dockmaster. Following the announcement of the train, his boss complained about the cut off of trade to the west coast. Not a few weeks later, his boss was found dead and Obrand decided that if he was going to do something about it, he would do it  in another way, joining the I.C.M.

Current

Obrand travelled back to Otusta with the group, after the committee meeting at the Atanasoff lake house. Once back in the city, he arranged for the group to board the Seacleave, which would take them to Skalenvru.
