Description

Omar Sharif was an infamous thief and smuggler, who operated in Ikoval and Almanat. Following an ritual gone wrong using the dagger of theMalakagata, his body was taken over by Shiekhan Kamala.

Appearance

Omar was a 6ft tall man, wearing a long black robe over which he wears a beige outer coat in a loose billowing style. Underneath all of that he has short black hair, covered by a cloth tied at the back.

Personality

Omar is said to have been a greedy and selfish person. He abandoned his family's ancestral duty to pursue power for himself, stealing the relic they were sworn to guard. Later, he would become infamous as a thief and have a bounty put on his head by the Kingdom of Dragomir. An unscrupulous man, he would smuggle thigs that could lead to harm to the entire continent, such as vampiric research recovered from Metua.

Biography

Early Life

Saeed was born a member of the Sharif family in Almanat. Like the rest of his relatives, he was told the story of Almasuan and the Malakagata. Unlike the rest of his family, he didn't wish to prevent the knife from being used, but rather take its power for himself. His ultimate goal became using the dagger to steal the body of the ruler of Almanat and resume the cycle present in Almasuan.

Smuggler

At some point, he left his home and became a smuggler and a thief. His skills were high enough to earn him a bounty and draw the attention of the Baron of the Deep. Over 7 years before the campaign's start, he started working with the Baron in Skalenvru. Some years later, he would start taking on contract work from Worldwares Shipping, transporting goods that Yorhaza Klapul wished to be done discretely and off book. It is at this time that the two of them conspired to steal a ring belonging to a powerful enemy of Yorhaza's which could be sold for a high value.

Death

Around 3 years before the start of the campaign, Omar would put his long time plan in to action. He left Ikoval and acquired the dagger of the Malakagata, but before he could use it to steal the ruler's body, he was attacked in his tent by Shiekhan Kamala. In the fight, Omar was killed and the dagger transported Shiek into Omar's body. If the ritual was completed fully, Omar's soul would have been devoured by Dirlagrauna, but due to the ritual's complications, whether this is the case, remains unknown.

Some parts of him still remain in the body, as Shiek is able to tap into Omar's knowledge and skills. The personality is also shown to emerge, such as when it did so to greet his uncle Saeed Sharif.
