Description
Tilda Lundstrom was the vampire countess of Duchtig. She was a powerful mage interested in overcoming the vampiric weakness to sunlight. One of her test subjects will eventually gain that ability - Sapphira.
Appearance
Tilda is a late-middle-age hnomish woman in black robes covered in arcane runes. She wears her hair shaved on the sides with a comb-over covering one of her piercing red eyes.
Personality
She appears to have been a cruel person, delighting in her abilities, feeding excessively and using her prisoners as test subjects for various experiments. Many would not make it out alive, and those who did would be left with deep scarring and resentment for her. She shares the desire for knowledge that drives many wizards, but prefers to reach conclusions through a more practical experimental approach instead of simply relying on theory.
Biography
Early History
Not much is known of Tilda's early history. At some point she became a vampire and joined Lokaci Wuce in his creation of Metua. She was given rulership of Duchtig and constructed a large tower near it, where she stored her research. She had imprisoned various creatures there, but mostly focused on experimenting on people in the hope of creating a vampire who could walk in the sun.
Death
She would meet her end in Oskabak, at the hands of the Order of the Brown Dragon, together with her fellow Countess Marva Synnefa. Years later, her research would be smuggled to Stendolin, where Emisar Danil would try to recreate her experiments.
