Biography

Early Life

Yorhaza was born as the second son of the Klapul family, who head House Ignis in Kokkalti. His older brother was destined to be the leader of the Red House and so all the family's expectations fell on him. This left Yorhaza to enjoy his life without any of the responsibilities of his brother, and he grew into a bon vivant. He eventually developed an interest in rare and expensive items. He began seeking out and collecting paintings, artefacts, treasures and magic items from all across history.

This wasn't his only passtime, however. While his brother became the most influential of the chromatic house heads, Yorhaza began building connections in the Cult of Tiamat. Eventually, he rose to be the Red Head of Tiamat, partly helped by the fact he could serve as a connection between the Cult and his brother.

Obtaining the key

During his time in the cult, he had come in contact with the Green Head of Tiamat - Therliann Temtoxis. Her grandfather was known for his past as an adventurer and Yorhaza questioned her about his discoveries. One that caught his interest was the story of an ancient dragon headed key, said to lead to treasures from the past, beyond people's imagination. Yorhaza became obsessed with the key and upon the elder Temtoxis' death in 760Y 4E, tried to purchase it from the family. Unfortunately for him, the key was passed down to Therliann's brother - Tralomak Temtoxis. Tralomak, was close with his grandfather and had developed his love for history, so he was reluctant to pat with the key. That however, would not stop Yorhaza, whose obsession with the key was growing. He hired an assassin to sneak into Tralomak's home to kill him and steal the key. His assassin, returned later that night with the key, reporting a successful mission. Unbeknownst to Yorhaza, however, Tralomak survived and would go on to become one of the Five, using the title of the Historian.

Meeting the Order

Yorhaza kept studying the key, discovering that it had the property of showing a different treasure to each person who held it. He also found out that this was, but one of 7 and so he began researching for any clues that could lead him to the remaining keys. He found many false clues, but amongst them were some who showed promise. Those however, came with significant danger. His lucky break, was when he was visited by a group of adventurers walked into his home with another of the keys - the Order of the Brown Dragon.

Yorhaza sized the opportunity to work with them to acquire the rest of the keys and gave them the lead he had on another of them. One of the keys could be seen depicted atop the sceptre of the last Temerian Emperor, meaning there was a chance, that the key was still in the sunk capital of old Temeria. Luckily for him, the group soon returned with that key in hand. Now possessing three of them, they brought them together which lit the key's up and manifested a spectral map of Velinde in the past, with 4 other points marked. The Order had more work to do and Yorhaza was preparing for being part of the greatest historical discovery of the era.

Undoing

Eventually, the Order managed to gather the remaining keys and find the location of the vault they opened. Yorhaza prepared to go to the location with them for the opening of the door, but when he arrived he discovered he had been set up. The Order had worked with Tralomak to reveal the truth of Yorhaza's crimes. He was lead back to Kokkalti, where he was tried and found guilty. His punishment for theft and attempted murder was to banished from Kokkalti, forever.

Fifth Era

Yorhaza made his way to Ikoval and put his charms and business sense to use. He founded Worldwares Shipping, a company that shipped items all over Ikoval and even in Velinde. His business grew and he established himself in Skalenvru, hiring Ignominios as his head of security. He eventually met Omar Sharif, a notorious smuggler and the two began working together specifically when it came to less than legal cargo. He was involved in shipping notes and possession of the vampire lords from the Dead Court to Ikoval and other shady deals. At some point, he was approached by Kalen Hornraven about helping him with baiting Crimson. Yorhaza agreed and had Omar "steal" a ring from Stormgard to put up for sale in an upcoming auction.

A while later, a week from the auction's date, Omar returned after a long absence with a new group. When the auction itself arrived, Yorhaza was killed in the fight between Kalen, Crimson and her death knight. He was brought back by Otto and carried out by Ignominios.
