Abilities
Delyan mixes powerful offensive magic, with his blade work to cleave through enemies. Wielding both wand and sword, he uses his enhanced defense from his bladesong, paired with enchantment spells to put great power behind his strikes. He relies on his footwork and teleportation magic, to nip in and out of close combat. For range he utilizes greatly destructive spells to defeat large swathes of enemies at once. While less versatile than Quiggly, he is a much better warrior and significantly more evasive, giving him increased survivability and single target damage. His main downfall is his relatively weak constitution. While he is much better at avoiding blows that the party's other wizard, he is capable of taking even fewer of those that do land before going down. This is something he tries to avoid using careful positioning and mobility spells.
Attuned Soul
Like the rest of the Order, Delyan's soul was permanently altered by his experiences in the Old World. The wand sheath he uses, once belonged to a the great wizard Maskar Wand. Unbeknownst to other, he had locked away his most powerful possession in the sheath, such that he was the only one who could reach it, for it was keyed to his very soul. While infusing part of his soul into the ritual, used to seal away Tharizdun, something changed in the sheath, draining what little remained of Maskar's imprint and allowing Delyan's soul to attune to it. As such, he found himself able to produce the Wand Anvil, an artifact manifestation of the ideal of a wand, allowing him to create any possible wand. This item could now only be withdrawn from the sheath, by Delyan himself.
