Events Timeline

Session 3 - Of Cats and Men-Session 4 - Craven Courtier
Timeline

  1. The party meets a odd woman feeding travellers by a campsite called Rosa.
  2. They discover that Rosa is a fey, feeding people to her man-eating cats and defeat her. From her home they took the Hungry Twin - abox allowing for exchange of items with another box sharing the enchantment.

Session 8 - A Tale of Two Ports-Session 9 - Evasion and Impersonation
Timeline

  1. In Konskirav, the party found Simona and Blazh captured by a pair of fey. They rescued them and questioned the fey, who revealed that they were sent by the Queen of Air and Darkness to find out more about the enigneer, who was making discoveries about Sky Stone.

Session 18 - Through the Grapevine
Timeline

  1. In Dragomir, Shiek was attacked by a Dryad in the middle of the night. After defeating her they found out that she was Unseelie sent after the dagger in Shiek's chest.
  2. The dagger was revealed to be the prison for an Archfey called Dilagrauna, the mother of Olmarcats. She was an enemy of the Queen of Air and Darkness, and was imprisoned by her in ages past.

Session 28 - The Thief of Opportunity
Timeline

  1. While sailing down the river from Rekasev towards Dragomir, the Hungry Twin spit out an ominous note.
  2. Shortly after receiving the note, the party's boat was attacked by a huge toad-like creature, which they defeated.

Session 33 - I Spy
Timeline

  1. After talking with Diane Atanasoff in Stendolin, she handed Otto a note warning them that there was an invisible creature following them.
  2. Valeyo used See Invisibility and saw an invisible pixie around them, which he captured.
  3. The pixie said their name was Axi, a spy sent to look after them by an Unseelie general called Midnight - the person on the other side of the Hungry Twin. Midnight wanted Dirlagrauna's power in order to unseat the Queen of Air and Darkness.
  4. Axi and the party reached an agreement of Axi being allowed to spy on them, but would warn them of attacks and help them out, if needed.

Session 34 - Strange Bedfellows
Timeline

  1. Shiek spoke with Dirlagrauna in a dream and told him of the story of the man whose body he was in - Omar Sharif. She talked about and ancient city in Almanat and the Al Sharifs' protection of the dagger ever since.

Session 46 - Desert Folklore
Timeline

  1. In Otusta, the group encountered a blacksmith called Saeed Sharif, who was Omar's uncle. From him they learned that their family duty had been guarding the blade and preventing it from being used to live forever by switching bodies, feeding the victim's souls to the creature inside. Omar had rejected that duty, stealing the knife with the intention of taking over the body of the Sultan of Almanat.
  2. Shiek told his side of the story, about how he had a reason to be after Omar to begin with and how they fought in his tent after a sandstorm, before Shiek stabbed Omar with the knife, only to find himself in Omar's body, with the knife embedded in his chest.
  3. At Saeed's direction, the group spoke with a former Arcanist called Ghoti, who used Legend Lore to tell them more about the dagger. He told them that the dagger had been through into the Material after Dirlagraun was imprisoned and the hole it came thought caused water to flow from the Fey realm to the desert of Almanat, where a city would grow. The ruler of the city used the dagger to switch bodies and avoid death, feeding the souls to the creature within. When the Queen of Air and Darkness discovered this, she unleashed a sudden flood through the portal, destroying the city, before closing it and leaving it a dried up ruin. From there the Sharifs found the dagger and swore to protect it.

Session 64 - Into the Woods-Session 66 - Shadow's Bite
Timeline

  1. From his newly acquired Displacer Beast, Shiek had a feeling that he had to visit a forest north of Skalenvru.
  2. Near the forest, the group was approached by a Yeth hound, which gave them a horseshoe, that would allow the equipped horse to guide them to the ruler of the forest - a unicorn.
  3. The group faced off with the Unicorn, which wanted them to slay some intruders, and use their souls to feed the dagger, removing it from Shiek's chest.
  4. The party decided to slay the unicorn, using its souls to free the dagger instead, which worked, allowing Shiek to wield the weapon freely.

Session 79 - Growing in the Dark-Session 83 - Bastion of Iron
Timeline

  1. After travelling in the mountains north of the Valley of Giants, the group realised that Axi was missing. Trying to contact them failed.
  2. Once in Stendolin, Shiek made contact with Midnight, using the Hungry Twin and discovered that they had captured Axi, as they sent him Axi's torn off wings using the Twin, as well as a warning that a snake like creature would be after them.
  3. Cassini scried of Axi and saw that they had been imprisoned in a cage suspended by a chain in a huge room, filled with dozens other cages, somewhere in the Feywild.
